AISING SUCCESS AT OSWEGO HILLS WINERY
Members of the Soroptimist International Lake Oswego/West Linn Club recently spent a lovely afternoon at the Oswego Hills Vineyard and Winery, who hosted and sponsored the wine tasting for the second year. In attendance were Club President Beverly Hebert, members Peggy Kennedy, Cheri Weaver, Marlene Everding, Melinda Whittman, Carmen Rusca and several guests who enjoyed wine tasting and good conversation. In addition to selling 21 bottles of wine, our gift baskets earned a whopping $400. BOTH baskets were purchased by Hollie Choe, Vice President/Business Advisor at Constellation Realty Group who was visiting from Bend. After Bev explained about the Soroptomist mission, Ms. Choe bought both baskets because she wanted to support our work, she said. This was a win win day! |
